The company is primarily engaged in ship building and repairing. It is involved in the operation of a shipyard (a fixed facility with drydocks and fabrication equipment capable of building a ship). Activities of a shipyard include the construction of ships, the repair, the conversion and alteration, the production of prefabricated ship and barge sections, and the provision of specialized services, such as ship scaling. It was incorporated in December of 1983. The company has a registered office located in A Coruna, Spain.
