This company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of mineral waters and softdrinks. It was established and incorporated in 1959 and formed mainly by businessmen from A Coruña and Vigo (which control 70 percent of the capital) and by some shareholders from the rest of Spain. It conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in A Coruña, Spain. The company is one of the seven independent bottling companies in Spain of the products under the brands of the Coca-Cola Company. It offers a wide range of products such as carbonated and non-carbonated refreshments, cold teas, juices, waters, products of new generation, drinks for sportsmen, and energy beverages. It distributes the brands Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Nordic Mist, Nestea, Fruitopia, Aquarius, Powerade, Burn, Mickey You Venture, Bill Maid, Aquabona, and Mare Rosso. The company has approximately 143 owned vehicles, and a hundred vehicles owned by its 64 independent distributors, and more than 7,000 cold equipment (vending, dispensers, machines of drink and display cabinets).
